Sarcomafree Foundation (“We”, “The Foundation”) is non-profit organization registered with The Commercial Register at the Registration Agency in Bulgaria with UIC 207610684 , which collects, processes and stores your personal data according to this Privacy Policy.

What personal data we collect and for what purpose
In case you reach out to us through our contact form, email or phone, We can process your name, address, email or any other information you provide to us and is related to your inquiry.
This personal data will be used to respond to your inquiry , to get back to you and provide you with assistance.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, We will process your email address in order to inform you in a timely manner about news/events related to the Foundation and its activities.
In the event that you decide to make a donation to the Foundation, we will process your names, email address, bank account, amount that you have donated for the purpose of administering the donation and reporting to the relevant competent authorities.

For what period we are going to store your personal data
We will store your personal data for a period specified by law. In other cases, we will keep your personal data for the time during which we have a relationship with you to respond to or process your inquiries or requests or, if you have subscribed to our newsletter, for the subscription period.

Pursuant to the applicable Bulgarian and European legislation (the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and for the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (“Regulation (EU) 2016/679”), you may exercise the following rights.

In the event that the Foundation starts processing your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, including profiling, you may object to such processing taking into account the specific circumstances in which the processing takes place. When the objection raised is against the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling for this purpose, the Foundation will stop processing them for the stated purpose.
Right to withdraw consent
Where the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any point of time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal.
